Why do we need you?

Lepaya is a training company with the mission to make employees happier. We want to offer high-quality training, provide our learners with an inspiring learning experience and simply create the most amazing trainings ever. So we need you to take on responsibility in creating trainings and learning experiences together with our Learning Strategists. What are best practices and the newest trends in learning? Do learners prefer videos over articles or podcasts, can a quiz make learning stick more? What makes learners maximally engaged and how can we increase the impact of our trainings? And how to keep learning fun throughout the whole Lepaya experience? We need you to translate these and more insights into our training interventions, and to implement validated journeys for our users.


Specifically, what would we expect you to deliver over the course of your internship?

  • Help to create inspiring trainings and content on various (soft-skill) topics;
  • Assessing client needs and translating these into new objectives and learning content;
  • Analyzing best practices and the impact of the Lepaya learning experience;
  • Constantly looking for procedural and process changes to improve operational efficiency;


    Requirements

    In an ideal world, who would you be?

    • You have a passion for and an affinity with learning and personal growth;
    • You have experience with writing articles;
    • You are proactive and independent in your work;
    • You are analytical and result-driven;
    • You are fluent in Dutch & English;
    • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program;
    • You are available from latest November on;
    • You are available for 6 months;


    We value capabilities over formal experience, yet what would we love to see on your resume?

    • Previous experience in a start-up/scale-up environment;
    • You have a background in Educational Sciences, (Organizational) Psychology, Communication studies, or similar fields;
