The new Digital Content Lead has the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, where he/she plays a central role in achieving ambitious growth.

Why do we need you?

We believe that blended learning is key to drive impact in an effective and efficient way. To drive this, creating an app that prepares and activates learners before and after the training was one of the first big investments for our company. Our ´flipped´ classroom approach requires our learners to be prepared, and we want to make this as easy for them as possible.

We have come a long way since. Our app has been improved in many ways and we have also started to complement our app with very interactive eLearnings that are implemented onto the LMS platforms of our clients.

Our content and how it is presented is already highly appreciated by our learners and clients, but we believe we can do much more. We want to innovate in the ways in which our learners interact with our content, we want to make the content personalized, so our learners can follow the path that works best for them, we want to make it easier for our learners to move across platforms. Overall, we want to better understand how our learners learn and facilitate them better. And we want to do this both for our standard programs as well as support our clients in developing tailor-made programs.

We need your experience, expertise and ingenuity to take us to the next level of online engagement and impact.

Specifically, what we would expect you to have in place for the next 6-12 months?

  • A top-notch digital content development process and team to deliver high-quality content in an effective way, bringing together client engagement, script-writing, design, video and animation production (incl. through offshoring), eLearning (SCORM) development and quality assurance;
  • A clear, prioritized roadmap on how to further innovate our digital offering based on new technologies available, estimated impact and feasibility of implementation;
  • A dynamic team with growing expertise across a variety of disciplines, which forms the basis for long-term stability & success;


In an ideal world, who would you be?

  • You have proven experience in leading digital content (e-learning) projects - ideally SCORM-based or similar - for corporate clients, either leading internally or as an external provider;
  • You have a thorough understanding of corporate learning systems (LMS, HRIS, etc.) and the implications for how to best deliver digital content;
  • You have a natural drive to support your conclusions about successful programs and improvements based on both qualitative and quantitative analysis;
  • You are curious about new technologies - also looking across other industries (e.g. gaming) and you are pragmatic in how to test and implement these;
  • You can be a sparring partner for our senior client counterparts: HR Directors & L&D Directors;
  • You have a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment;

We value capabilities over formal experience, yet what would we love to see on your resume?

  • 6+ years digital content experience, of which 1-2+ in some kind of “lead” role working with(in) corporate companies;
  • 3+ years experience with SCORM development;
  • 1-2+ year experience in leading (a small) team;
  • A relevant degree from a top university or college;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Dutch;
