The new Customer Success Manager has the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, where he/she plays a central role in achieving ambitious growth.

Why do we need you?

Our customer base is growing extensively, so we need a new Customer Success manager who can guide our customers to the perfect Lepaya learning solution. You will be responsible for strengthening our existing customer relations and for identifying upcoming business opportunities. We need you to develop an in-depth understanding of our customer’s needs to then make the deep-sell magic happen. Next to that, you will be working together with your team on how to make our customers even more happy. How can we enhance our learning portfolio to meet our customers’ requests? Do you have the Master plan ready guaranteeing our customers’ satisfaction?


Specifically, what we would expect you to deliver over the next 6-12 months?

  • Manage a defined set of customers on Impact, NPS and a growing ARR, in short;
    - Make sure Lepaya has the right impact with our training programs; 
    - Make sure the customers love us; 
    - Make sure we grow our annual recurring revenue at your customer base;

Requirements

In an ideal world, who would you be?

  • You are comfortable interacting with senior leaders;
  • You have conceptual thinking skills, to independently formulate new training programs and roadmaps together with clients;
  • You are commercially savvy, proactive and committed;
  • You are attentive to details, and you only deliver high quality service;
  • You are analytical and data-driven;
  • You enjoy the dynamics of a fast-growing scale-up;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English;


We value capabilities over formal experience, yet what would we love to see on your resume?

  • You have experience in entrepreneurial work;
  • In the past, you have maintained commercial relationships with decision-makers in the field of Human Resources / Learning & Development;
  • You have a minimum of ~5 years overall experience with at least 2 years in a high-performance context;
