Why do we need you?

We simply need you to further conquer the Dutch market - that’s about it! Be our Sales Rockstar and further develop our fast-growing business and drive our growth with the help of our Business Development and Client Success Managers. You will work on generating leads, following up on clients and improving our Sales process. Bring in smart ideas on how to identify new opportunities and how to approach potential customers. And the more you know about what our customers want, the more you can support in further developing our product in the first steps of client contact - such as onboarding or ensuring a smooth Lepaya journey.


Specifically, what would we expect you to deliver over the course of your internship?

  • Increase Lepaya’s market share on the Dutch market by generating & qualifying leads;
  • Realize appointments with potential customers for your colleagues;
  • Increase Lepaya’s brand awareness;
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns;
  • Identify needs and wishes of (potential) clients;
  • Identify opportunities for Lepaya and develop them into concrete plans;
  • Take care of the reports to show the progress of the sales activities;
  • Constant contribution to the improvement of our sales strategy;


Requirements

In an ideal world, who would you be?

  • You have strong commercial ambition;
  • You’re persistent and ambitious;
  • You’re bubbling with ideas and energy. Instead of giving up, you are constantly looking for ways to reach your goal;
  • You work independently, but indicate when help is needed;
  • You are fluent in Dutch & English;
  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program;
  • You are available from September on;
  • You are available for 6 months;


We value capabilities over formal experience, yet what would we love to see on your resume?

  • You have experience with direct marketing or sales;
  • You have working experience in a start-up/scale-up environment;
